One of the best-known varieties of the Valencian Community, cultivated in the Parc Natural del Túria. Elegant, dense and full-bodied Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with an intense sweet fruity tone. On the nose it has very fruity aromas that evoke apple, kiwi and lemon. In the mouth it is fine and fresh, presenting a very light spicy touch and highlighting the taste of artichoke, fig and rosemary with hints of almonds, nuts and truffles.
