Envero, SA does not make international transfers of information.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We only retain your Personal Data for as long as we need it for the purpose for which we process your Personal Data, to meet your needs or to comply with our legal obligations.

To determine the data retention period of your Personal Data, we use the following criteria:

– Personal Data obtained when purchasing products and services: for the duration of our contractual relationship;

– Personal Data obtained when contacting us for an inquiry: Personal Data for the time necessary to respond to your inquiry;

– Personal Data obtained when you consent to receive commercial communications: until you unsubscribe, request that we delete it or after a period of inactivity (no active interaction with the brands) of three years;

– Cookies that are installed on your computer: we keep them for as long as necessary to achieve their purposes (for example, during a session for shopping cart cookies or session ID cookies) and for a maximum of 365 days.

We may retain some personal data to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, as well as to administer our rights (e.g. to enforce our claims in court) or for statistical or historical purposes.

When we no longer need to use your personal data, it will be deleted from our systems and records or anonymized so that we can no longer identify you.
